Our Competition high performance intercooler sets a new standard in cooling performance. With net dimensions of 550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm (equivalent to 17,130 cc), it offers a 134% larger flow area and 105% larger charge air volume compared to the stock intercooler. This means your engine gets more cooled air, resulting in a noticeable increase in power. Our Competition high performance intercooler core is made of high quality Tube Fin material with internal turbulators. This combination allows for maximum heat transfer and airflow to maximize cooling performance.
Despite its size, our intercooler is surprisingly lightweight, weighing only 9.5 kg. This minimizes stress on your vehicle and helps improve overall performance.
The cast aluminium end boxes of our intercooler were developed in the CAD system and optimised using flow analysis in the CFD system. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. All our charge air coolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating that also has excellent heat conduction properties. This ensures permanent and optimal cooling, which translates into an impressive increase in performance. Our kit is completely ready to install and allows for easy replacement with the stock intercooler. No complex conversion required - simply plug and play. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable.

PLEASE BE AWARE: Sports cats can NOT legally be installed on a vehicle for use on a public road that was manufactured after 1st March 2001 unless type ECE 103R approved - this can be identified in either the product description and/or in the Technical Information section listed. If you have any doubt on this approval, please contact us immediately for confirmation. Fitting a De-Cat/Cat Bypass, DPF delete/bypass or GPF delete/bypass to a vehicle that is to be used on UK roads will cause the vehicle to fail the MOT emissions test, therefore rendering it unroadworthy and illegal to be used on the road. Therefore, any such products are strictly sold as off-road or motorsport use only and NOT for road use. The vehicle should be transported from place to place via a trailer, flatbed or other recovery means.

Due to the high volume of custom orders and special requests we receive daily, it’s not always possible to have every item readily available in our warehouse at all times. While we strive to maintain stock for popular products, some items may require additional processing time.
