As part of our growing Alfa Romeo performance range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to introduce our high-performance induction kit for the Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio. Designed for fast road and track use, this upgrade enhances airflow, throttle response, and induction sound while improving under-bonnet aesthetics.
The Challenge
The factory air intake system in the Stelvio Quadrifoglio is a complex design featuring a single, shared airbox positioned within the engine’s Vee formation. Fresh air is drawn in via front grille air feeds, before being redirected through a restrictive network of intake pipes that curve back towards the turbo inlets. This routing results in airflow restrictions, as the pipes narrow and bend, reducing efficiency and limiting performance potential.
The AIRTEC Motorsport Solution
Developed in-house at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, this performance-focused induction kit is engineered to optimise airflow, improving both throttle response and intake efficiency while delivering a more aggressive induction sound.
- Twin 90mm Free-Flowing Cotton Air Filters – Replacing the restrictive factory airbox, these large filters allow significantly improved airflow, unlocking greater performance potential.
- High-Flow 90mm Aluminium Intake Pipes – Unlike the standard setup, our CNC-machined twin intake pipes maintain a continuous 90mm diameter throughout, eliminating internal restrictions and improving turbo response. These mirror-image pipes are designed for a perfect fit and enhanced engine bay aesthetics.
- Laser-Cut Air Guides – Precision-engineered aluminium air guides ensure that cold air is efficiently directed towards the filters, keeping intake temperatures lower for consistent performance gains.
- Retains Original Front Air Feeds – The factory air feeds are retained and optimised, ensuring a constant supply of cold air to the induction system.
- Premium Black Powder-Coated Finish – Built to last, the high-quality black powder coat finish ensures durability and a sleek appearance under the bonnet.
Installation & Fitment
This direct replacement induction kit requires no drilling or cutting and comes complete with all necessary fixtures, fittings, and detailed instructions for an easy DIY or professional installation.
Note: Over time, some vehicles may develop excessive engine movement due to worn engine mounts. This may lead to minor clearance issues with the larger pipework, but this will not affect performance.

Fitting a De-Cat/Cat Bypass, DPF delete/bypass or GPF delete/bypass to a vehicle that is to be used on UK roads will cause the vehicle to fail the MOT emissions test, therefore rendering it unroadworthy and illegal to be used on the road. Therefore, any such products are strictly sold as off-road or motorsport use only and NOT for road use. The vehicle should be transported from place to place via a trailer, flatbed or other recovery means.

While we strive to maintain stock for popular products, some items may require additional processing time.
