AIRTEC Intercooler Upgrade for Hyundai i30N
AIRTEC Motorsport Intercooler Upgrade for Hyundai i30N – Available at Avon Tuning
AIRTEC Motorsport presents a high-performance, freer-flowing intercooler designed as a direct
replacement for the smaller and more restrictive OEM setup in the Hyundai i30N. Engineered for superior cooling efficiency, this intercooler enhances your vehicle’s performance, especially during hard driving or track use.
Enhanced Cooling Efficiency and Performance
Featuring a stepped twin-core design (130mm and 40mm), this intercooler maximizes the available frontal area within the limited space behind the bumper. Paired with high-flow, moulded one-piece cast end tanks, the AIRTEC intercooler offers significantly greater efficiency and volume compared to the standard setup, making it one of the most effective options for the Hyundai i30N on the market.
With a 70mm cold side, this intercooler is currently the largest available for the Hyundai i30N, ensuring optimal cooling performance even under heavy load or extended use.
Despite its larger size, this intercooler fits seamlessly behind the original bumper, requiring no trimming or cutting. The kit comes with everything needed for an easy installation, including all the correct fixtures and fittings, detailed step-by-step instructions with pictures, and Pro-Hoses silicone hoses.
For the best price and expert advice, purchase your AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler for the Hyundai i30N from Avon Tuning, your trusted source for top-quality performance upgrades.

PLEASE BE AWARE: Sports cats can NOT legally be installed on a vehicle for use on a public road that was manufactured after 1st March 2001 unless type ECE 103R approved - this can be identified in either the product description and/or in the Technical Information section listed. If you have any doubt on this approval, please contact us immediately for confirmation. Fitting a De-Cat/Cat Bypass, DPF delete/bypass or GPF delete/bypass to a vehicle that is to be used on UK roads will cause the vehicle to fail the MOT emissions test, therefore rendering it unroadworthy and illegal to be used on the road. Therefore, any such products are strictly sold as off-road or motorsport use only and NOT for road use. The vehicle should be transported from place to place via a trailer, flatbed or other recovery means.
