Intake System)

Be ready for the summer with our brand new Wagner Tuning Performance Intercooler KIt incl. Air Intake System for Mercedes A35 AMG that will outshine anything you've ever seen before. We present to you an absolute must-have for this season that you can't miss.

The 2.0 liter R4 turbo engine (M260.920) of Mercedes AMG models deserves only the best when it comes to cooling power and performance. That's why we replaced the indirect intercooler circuit with our innovative Wagner Tuning high performance intercooler to give you the ultimate driving experience.

With the new type of performance cooling network and the dimensions of 287 mm x 185 mm x 115 mm, we have developed a high-performance intercooler that is specifically tailored to the high demands of the AMG engine. Compared to the original radiator, it offers an impressive 154% more external intercooler core volume for maximum heat transfer and optimal internal airflow. Our cast aluminium end boxes have been optimised using CAD technology and CFD simulations to ensure excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. This also makes this kit perfect for racing, where optimal cooling of the supercharged air with a noticeable increase in power is crucial. Our Wagner Tuning intercoolers are equipped with a heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating, which ensures a lasting cooling effect and ensures a long service life of the cooler. The installation of the system is simple and straightforward thanks to our detailed installation instructions - a real plug & play experience.

Please note that installation of the intercooler kit is only possible in combination with our optimised air intake system. The stock air intake system must be completely removed because the intercooler will be mounted at this place. Our optimised air intake system is relocated to the right wheelhouse. As a result, short intake paths can be generated without major deflections.This system includes an additional special developed open sports air filter that offers maximum filtering effect with minimal backpressure behavior. With a connection diameter of Ø76 mm in the direction of the turbocharger, which is adapted to the original turbocharger connection by means of a silicone hose, the air mass flow rate increases by an impressive +50%. This improves the response of the engine and results in a direct increase in performance.

System Fitment List:

Mercedes W177 A35 AMG 225KW/306HP (2018-2022).

Mercedes V177 CLA35 AMG 225KW/306HP (2018-2022)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1024/0904/4315/files/800a57f4-ad048b_580e08496c3e4bcc97ba670d76581398_mv2.jpg?v=1784198493
https://czkrrg-yc.myshopify.com/products/wagner-tuning-mercedes-a35-cla-35-amg-intercooler-kit-incl-intake-system
