This upgrade is designed to meet the demands of enthusiasts who are looking to extract the maximum performance from their Yaris GR, ensuring no loss in power or cooling during extended periods of hard driving.

Optimised Design for Ultimate Performance

The Yaris GR has quickly become the must-have hot hatch, and for good reason. To support those pushing their cars to the limit, AIRTEC Motorsport has developed a larger, more efficient intercooler that replaces the smaller, restrictive OEM unit. The stepped-core design ensures the intercooler fits perfectly within the limited space behind the bumper, while increasing performance.

With a stepped core design from 110mm to 70mm, the new intercooler provides a remarkable 64% increase in overall capacity compared to the original unit. It also offers a 30% increase in frontal area, maximising airflow for superior cooling efficiency and performance.

Optimised Flow and Cooling Efficiency

The inlet side of the intercooler retains a 50mm diameter, reducing turbo lag, while the outlet side increases to 60mm, allowing for less restriction and a smoother air flow. This enhances the overall performance of your Yaris GR by reducing charge temperatures and increasing cooling efficiency.

The high-flow, moulded one-piece cast end tanks ensure correct airflow direction, while an internal air diverter improves flow efficiency. The result is a cooler, more powerful engine that is ready for track days or spirited drives on the road.

Easy Fitment and Reversibility

Despite the performance improvements, the AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler fits seamlessly behind the original bumper. No trimming or cutting is required, and the kit can be easily reverted to stock if needed. The comprehensive installation kit includes all the necessary fittings, step-by-step instructions, and high-quality Pro Hoses silicone connectors.

Available Exclusively at Avon Tuning

This intercooler upgrade is available in a sleek Pro-Series Black finish (with or without the AIRTEC logo) and comes with gloss black Pro Hoses silicone connectors, offering a clean, professional look.

For more information or to purchase this high-performance upgrade, visit Avon Tuning, your trusted supplier of AIRTEC Motorsport products.

Dimensions:

Width: 610mm

Height: 195mm

Depth: 110mm/70mm stepped core

Inlet: 50mm

Outlet: 60mm

Features:

64% increase in capacity compared to the original intercooler

30% increase in frontal area compared to the OEM intercooler

Significant increase in cooling ability and reduced charge temperatures

High-flow, moulded one-piece cast end tanks

Larger outlet pipe for reduced restriction

Powder-coated black finish for a clean, professional appearance

All required fittings and fixtures included

Detailed fitting guide with step-by-step instructions

Registered Design Right number: 6154877

AIRTEC Part No: ATINTYGR1

Get yours today at Avon Tuning for the ultimate upgrade to your Yaris GR’s performance and cooling efficiency.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1024/0904/4315/files/62cb76f8-68812d_86e423b2796e413fb6438c1d028b148c_mv2.jpg?v=1784198481
https://czkrrg-yc.myshopify.com/products/airtec-motorsport-front-mount-intercooler-for-toyota-yaris-gr
